解决方法：
goto Device Manager -> Network Adapter -> unselect checkbox “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” in Power Management tab.
Disabled Computer Browser Service
Disabled DHCP Client
Set static IP information
Disabling the DHCP Client had the biggest impact both in terms of stability and performance. Simply setting a manual statis IP address didn’t resolve the problem.
